Scrap iron used as raw material is melted in electric induction furnaces and converted into liquid steel. After the alloying processes are completed, the liquid steel is transferred from the ladle furnaces to continuous casting machines and cast into semi-finished steel ingots with square cross-sections ranging from 100x100 mm to 200x200 mm in the desired dimensions. The semi-finished steel ingots, which have been approved after quality control analyses, are shipped to rolling mills for the production of construction steel and wire rod.

These billets are essential raw materials in the production of reinforcing bars, wire rods, profiles, and other long steel products—serving as the backbone of industrial construction.
The production process begins with the melting of scrap metal in electric induction furnaces. Using advanced and environmentally friendly methods, scrap iron is transformed into liquid steel. This molten steel is then transferred to ladle furnaces where alloying processes are applied to achieve the desired chemical and mechanical properties.
Once optimized, the liquid steel is cast into billets using high-efficiency continuous casting machines. Billets are produced in square sections ranging from 100x100 mm to 200x200 mm and in various lengths. During casting, temperature, speed, and cooling parameters are precisely controlled to ensure consistent product quality.
Each billet undergoes rigorous quality control through physical and chemical analysis in modern laboratories. Only billets that meet the specified criteria are approved and prepared for dispatch to rolling mills, where they are processed into finished products such as rebar and wire rod for both domestic and international markets.
