Our Human Resources Approach

Our companies, which are among the leaders in the Turkish Metal Industry and increase their capacity with new investments every day, aim to use human resources most effectively in order to achieve the goal of being efficient in using resources, open to change, sensitive to employees and environment, compliant with quality standards and customer-oriented.

The foundation of our policy is to carry out the determination of standard staff, determination of required personnel qualifications and competencies for each job title, planning, selection, recruitment, assignment, development of human resources, determination and planning of training needs, and career planning activities in accordance with scientific methods.

To transform the knowledge and experience of all our stakeholders into value-added ideas for the benefit of the company and employees, and to develop creative and innovative systems. To identify, implement and evaluate the results of training programs that aim to provide employees with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors necessary to increase their professional satisfaction and ensure their success in the work environment for the benefit of the company.

To be respectful to people and the environment, to develop systems to prevent occupational accidents, to increase cooperation with authorized bodies and local governments, to prioritize Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental factors, to take measures and organize to respond to emergency situations.

Recruitment Policy

Human Resources needs in our companies are determined through Standard Staff studies. Human Resources Planning is also included in the annual Budget Planning.

In the recruitment process, effective human resources that will provide cooperation, have high motivation, and will always move our work forward are preferred to serve the main purpose. For this purpose, job postings are published through internet portals and resumes are accepted through the application system created on the same site.

Resumes sent through our corporate website are also evaluated. Among the applications, candidates with the qualifications sought in line with the needs are determined and invited for interviews.

For vacant positions in our companies, suitable human resources existing in Group Companies are first researched and evaluated. Through these internal placements, employees gain sustainable momentum in their careers.

Appropriate orientation programs are prepared for recruited employees. Programs are presented through cooperation between Human Resources units and the unit to be worked with. The purpose of the orientation program is to ensure the employee's adaptation to the job and the business, thereby reducing the workforce turnover rate.

For this purpose, employees are informed about company policies, company organizational structure, production process, social rights and responsibilities, working conditions, occupational safety and environmental issues. By implementing rotation programs, employees are enabled to work in related units other than the units they work in for specified periods, primarily during their initial employment periods, to increase their knowledge and experience.
